Do you know about the Economic Cycle?

Take a look at the picture here. It shows a clear and linear flow of the ups and downs of each economic cycle. This is one of the real things the rich dont teach you, and most of us never come across this in schools.

The Economic Cycle has its seasons, as surely as spring will come after winter. But its symptoms are not as easy to tell – there is no spike in temperature in a bull market, no fall of snow in a bear market.

Can you tell which part of the Cycle we are currently in? Knowing it is part of the great divide between the rich and the working class.

The depth of the Cycle is too much for me to show you on an article, but I am willing to share more in person. Anyways, here are 2 more facts that can help you.

1. The best investors don't time the market. “Hey, i got burned in the stock market.” Sounds familiar? That always comes from someone taking a lump sum and trying to time the market for a quick and easy cash grab. This is not how the rich invest. First, know your stocks. If you don't, definitely find someone else who do. Second, staying in the market, and consistently investing is key.

2. Once you heard about something from the taxi uncle, it is too late to go in.

It is easy to assume, in the Information Age, information flows equally quick to everyone. Nothing is further from the truth. Information flows down, in a slow cascading, dwindling river from the rich elites down to the common folk. By the time your friendly neighbourhood taxi uncle pitch to you about it, it is way too late. Outdated info is worse than no info, because thats when people who jump in start to lose money.
